Return Process

  Contact our support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a return authorization.

  Ensure the water cartons are in their original, unopened packaging and securely pack them to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
